Americans for Tax Reform’s Director of Financial Policy, Bryan Bashur, appeared on the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s podcast, “Free the Economy.” Richard Morrison, a senior fellow at CEI, hosts the podcast. Bryan and Richard had a great discussion about the detrimental Credit Card Competition Act (CCCA) and the negative repercussions it casts on credit card privacy, tokenization technology, and rewards. CCCA is classic big government policy because it gives more power to the Federal Reserve to determine how credit cards will function.
