The Association of Health Care Journalists (AHCJ) has sent a letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Marilyn Tavenner, administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, to release the enrollment numbers daily or weekly as opposed to the monthly updates as planned.

States such as Maryland and Washington state have already released their disappointing numbers, even with their admitted glitch-filled websites. Connecticut is releasing its enrollment numbers daily.

On Friday The Daily Mail reported that Health and Human Services workers have already crunched the numbers and said that only 51,000 people have completed the Obamacare application after just the first week. But as shown by a timeline compiled by ATR, the Obama administration claims not to know how many people have enrolled. Not in the first day. Not in the first week. No clue at all.

So the question still remains for the Obama administration, where’s the beef?
