Elizabeth Warren falsely claimed on ABC’s The View that none of her proposals raise middle class taxes.

Here’s the key exchange:

Joy Behar: “What about the middle class?”

Warren: “I don’t have plans that increase taxes on the middle class. I’ve figured out how to do every plan I’ve done out there without increasing taxes on the middle class.

Her Medicare for All plan repeals the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which would undoubtedly raise taxes on the middle class:

-A family of four earning the median income of $73,000 would be stuck paying $2,000 more in taxes each and every year.

-A single parent with one child making $41,000 would pay $1,300 more in taxes each and every year.

Every single leading Democrat presidential candidate agrees: Warren’s Medicare for All Plan will raise middle class taxes.

Even Bernie Sanders, the “author of the damn bill,” as he likes to say, admits that middle class taxes will have to be raised in order to fund Medicare for All.

Warren also wants to impose a 30 percent national gun tax. Her tax will make it harder for Americans to protect themselves and their families.

Additionally, Warren has said she “really wants” to see the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act’s corporate tax cuts rolled back. This Warren action would directly cause higher household utility bills in all 50 states.

If that isn’t bad enough, Elizabeth Warren herself said that two million Americans losing their jobs as part of Medicare for All is “part of the cost issue.”
