Panel discussions will take place between the breakfast and lunch hours, and will be followed by free time before evening receptions and dinner. Some of the on-site activities include fishing, wine tastings, golfing, kayaking, and bike-riding. While we are still finalizing the agenda, we still have room for panel, meal, and reception sponsorships. If you’re interested in sponsoring CLS, please contact Margaret Mire at [email protected].

Information on COVID-19: Idaho is currently in Phase 3 of reopening. The Coeur d’Alene Resort has installed a new air purification system from Global Plasma Solutions throughout its entire convention center as well as the convention center hallways. This air filtration system has industry leading technology that is proven 99.4% effective to reduce SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) surface strain within 30 minutes. The benefits of this ionization system include purifying indoor air by reducing airborne particulates, odors & pathogens (bacteria, viruses, mold).

Hand sanitizer will be provided by the hotel and masks will be provided to anyone who wishes to wear them. However, face coverings are required by the Panhandle Health District in any public spaces when physical distancing cannot be achieved.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about measures that the hotel and ATR are taking to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
