Master Milton, at it again…

Why is it a bad idea to have government-run health care for all?  As Milton Friedman explains, it is because the people using it only care about getting the best service (and not paying for it) and the people who are giving it only care about giving as little as possible (and not the quality of it.)  He mentions the problems with the public education system.  Imagine what this implies for a public medical system.
