Today, ahead of the Senate Judiciary’s consideration of these important bills, ATR released a letter in support of S. 2140, the PERA Act and S. 2220, the PREVAIL Act.
The letter asserts that the Promoting and Respecting Economically Vital American Innovation Leadership (PREVAIL) Act and the Patent Eligibility Restoration Act (PERA) will help restore the American patent system as the gold standard and ensure American inventors have full rights to their works.
