The IRS today released its overdue “Strategic Operating Plan FY2023-2031.”

The document states the IRS will hire 29,566 employees over the next two years. See page 131.

This includes 8,782 new enforcement agents.

But the IRS chose not to disclose how many employees it will hire in the years 2025 – 2031.

Why?

Because it will show the 87,000 new IRS employees number was correct.

President Biden and Democrats denied the 87,000 for months and claimed it was a made-up number. In fact, it was from a Biden Treasury publication, and today’s IRS release is further evidence the 87,000 figure was right all along.
