Mattie joined the panel and host Neil Cavuto to explain why George H.W Bush’s JFK Profile in Courage Award for raising taxes is anything but ‘courageous’. Although Mattie points out that Bush was a great leader in certain aspects, breaking his ‘read my lips’ promise to not raise taxes remains one of the biggest blunders of his presidency.
