Congressional Democrats are on the verge of imposing tax increases on households making less than $400K, setting up President Biden to break his tax pledge.
Biden and Vice President Harris made the $400K tax pledge a key part of the 2020 presidential campaign, clearly stating the commitment at least 60 times.
