Grover Norquist appeared on CNN’s Piers Morgan last night. He discussed the government shutdown, the debt ceiling, and the lack of Obamacare enrollment numbers.
Jennifer Jacobs of the Des Moines Register wrote an article about Grover Norquist visiting the Westside Conservative Breakfast Club in Iowa:
““We’ll be able to claw back something on Obamacare and get some budget restraint out of the debt ceiling and the CR (continuing resolution) over the next several months,” Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, told Iowans at the Westside Conservative Club meeting this morning in Urbandale.”
CJ Ciaramella of the Washington Free Beacon wrote an article entitled “Conservatives Demand Info on Obamacare Rollout Failure.” Grover Norquist was quoted in the article as saying:
““Americans already know that they have a hard time putting information into the Obamacare enrollment system. Turns out they can’t get any information out of the system either. The system is broken on both ends. Even a company going bankrupt knows how many widgets it sold. Maybe it’s a small amount. But it’s a known number.”
