Staying with the Mayors’ wishlist we just covered in the previous post, here’s an interesting project relating to the mayors’ wishlist: Jerry Brito has taken the lead to "crowdsource" the proposals in the database on the Conference of Mayors site and "turn each project into a wiki-page or other mechanism where local citizens can comment on whether the project is actually needed or whether it’s a boondoggle."  A software developer Kevin Dwyer has converted the database into a more usable format, which is now available here.  The goal is to turn this into a WashingtonWatch.com-style website. …
