ATRF’s efforts inform debate, initiate conversation, and emphasize the importance of fundamental tax reform and spending restraint. In turn, Americans for Tax Reform (ATR), a 501(c)4 nonprofit lobbying organization, uses this research and analysis to track initiatives beyond the traditional tax increase model.
