Amendment 73, which would’ve imposed massive personal and corporate income tax hikes, was rejected by voters, with 56% voting NO.
Proposition 110, which would’ve raised the state sales tax, was rejected by voters, with 60% voting NO.
Proposition 112, which sought to impose new restrictions on fracking that would’ve hampered energy development in the state, was rejected by voters, with 57% voting NO.
