ATR has informed members of Congress that it "may rate" a vote against the costly FAA Reauthorization Act of 2009, which is fraught with numerous problems, in our annual "Hero of the Taxpayer" scorecard. Not only does this bill raise taxes, it also contains several harmful provisions from a labor/competitiveness standpoint.
