If Congress fails to act, the Obamacare Health Insurance Tax (HIT) will hit Americans on January 1, 2018. This tax alone could cause premiums to increase by $5,000 over a decade. Allowing more Obamacare taxes to take effect in 2018 should be out of the question.

Obamacare contains $1 trillion in new or higher taxes. Many of these taxes directly or indirectly harm middle-class families.

Right now, we have to stop those taxes that come into effect next year, especially the devastating the HIT tax.
 
But Congress cannot give up on repealing those Obamacare taxes already in effect, including the employer mandate tax, the individual mandate tax, and the tax on prescription medicine.  We have to regroup and go back to repeal all Obamacare taxes. 
 

That is why Americans for Tax Reform is launching our Stop Obamacare Taxes bus tour to keep the pressure on Congress to repeal Obamacare. We want to remind politicians in Washington, D.C. that Obamacare taxes are increasing the cost of our healthcare and hurting our economy.

The Bus will stop in Nevada, Colorado, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North Carolina, and finishing the trip in Washington, D.C.
