Sixty-three percent of voters are more worried about losing their private health insurance than about getting everyone a public insurance option, says Rasmussen Reports.
Americans don’t want to switch from one plan to another, or risk passing legislation that would push them in that direction.
Only 29% of voters hold the opposite view.
Also important: while a majority of voters support comprehensive health care reform, far fewer support the current legislation before congress.
