Funny how politicians will claim they have read "a vast majority" of the bill, or better, even, "the most important parts."  How can you know what the most important parts are if you don’t read the whole thing?
 
Don’t get me wrong, I think if you’re opposed to the bill and the underlying policy, and know you will vote no, there is no need to read the bill before you cast that vote.
 
However, if you vote for it, you better know exactly what it is that you’re imposing on your constituents. Clearly, none of the members voting "yes" nor the energy czar do.
