Entering the final stage for approval, the State Department is still considering the Canadian-American Keystone XL pipeline. The Keystone pipeline would deliver Canadian crude oil to Oklahoma and Texas refineries spurring economic growth all along the way. Unnecessarily postponing billions in economic activity, tens of thousands of jobs, and much needed oil, the State Department is inhibiting much needed investment in struggling Midwestern states.
