Just one year after Gov. Quinn’s crippling 67 percent income tax increase, he’s at it again – but this time he’s disguising his tax hikes as phony spending cuts. In reality, a $675 million cigarette tax hike would hit Illinois’ small business community yet again, at a time when job creators are already fleeing the state. And this time, Quinn is hoping for Republican support. Contact your legislators and tell them to pursue real spending cuts, not tax hikes by another name!
