Congressman Blackburn's Amendment De-Funds Obamacare's Legal Team

Quick note on a great amendment being offered tonight by Congressman Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.)  It would prevent the Department of Justice from using any funds to legally defend the Obamacare law.  This is a quick and easy way to effectively block the government from defending the constitutionality of the law.  No-brainer for conservatives.

The amendment will be offered on H.R. 5326, the Commerce-Justice-State appropriations bill.
