Craig Lake, a candidate running for the United States House of Representatives in Nevada’s 1st Congressional district recently signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge

Mr. Lake is challenging Democratic incumbent Congresswoman Shelley Berkley. Berkley has been in Congress since 1999, and her lifetime rating from ATR in her tenure as a representative of the citizens of Nevada-01 has been a very poor 20.4%, certainly no friend to the taxpayer.

By signing the pledge, Craig has shown the taxpayers in Nevada that he stands with them, and will fight against growing deficits and wasteful government spending. Rep. Berkley is not a pledge signer, but we here at ATR strongly encourage her and ALL candidates for Federal office to sign the Taxpayer Protection Pledge.
