Print100Mb Broadband A Human Right?!?!?
In a scary forshadowing of what may well happen here, Finland's Ministry of Transport and Communications has made 1-megabit broadband Web access a legal right - but even worse, Finland has also said it would make a 100Mb broadband connection a legal right by the end of 2015.
As we reported previously, the Federal Communications Commission is currently examining a national broadband policy in the United States.
Despite the fact that the success of the internet has been driven completly by the free-market, it looks like government planners just can't help themselves.
