Tomorrow, primary voters in Arkansas, Kentucky, Oregon, and Pennsylvania are heading to the polls to pick their respective candidates for November. Americans for Tax Reform would like to urge these voters to give special consideration to candidates that have signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, which commits signers to “oppose any and all efforts to increase the marginal income tax rates for individuals and/or businesses … and oppose any net reduction or elimination of deductions and credits, unless matched dollar for dollar by further reducing tax rates.” These candidates have made a solemn promise to protect your family budget over the ever-expanding coffers of the federal government.
