Caterpillar has already said it would cost it over $100 million, and now AT&T has revealed it will "book $1 billion in first-quarter costs related to the health-care law signed this week by President Barack Obama". $1 billion. In the first quarter alone. In fact, as the Wall Street Journal reports, job creators everywhere are going to suffer:
