    • Surtax  of up to 4.6% on Americans earning as little as $150,000 per year
      Cost: $831.7 billion over 10 years
    • Phase out deductions and personal exemptions for “high income” taxpayers
      Cost: $28.6 billion over 10 years
    • Further restrict miscellaneous itemized deductions
      Cost: $7 billion over 10 years
    • Tax investment partnership manager’s capital gains as ordinary income
      Cost: $25.7 billion over 10 years
    • Include deferred comp of overseas hedge fund managers in current income
      Cost: $22.6 billion over 10 years
    • Modify unrelated business income rules for investment partnerships
