Today, Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) sent a letter to all members of the U.S. House urging them to sign the discharge petition for HR 391 introduced by Rep. Blackburn (R-TN). This legislation will amend the Clean Air Act to prevent the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from regulating carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.

Rep. Blackburn should be commended for her efforts to protect American taxpayers against an ever-expanding government and increasingly ferocious regulatory agencies.
