Obamacare Amendment by KBH
Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist today sent the following letter to Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Tex.):
On behalf of Americans for Tax Reform, I am pleased to support your amendment (“Save Our States”) #197 to S. 493. I would urge all senators who want to see the jobs-killing Obamacare law stopped to support your amendment.
The “Save Our States” proposal is simple: it would impose a common-sense moratorium on any further implementation of the Obamacare law until the courts have decided on the constitutionality of the law. It just makes sense to wait until this is settled before committing taxpayer resources to a law which may never actually be fully-implemented.
This common-sense amendment should be supported by every senator who wants to prevent Obamacare from doing any further damage to American taxpayers.
