Americans for Tax Reform today sent a letter to Congressman Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) endorsing H.R. 371, the "Health Care Choice Act of 2011":
On behalf of Americans for Tax Reform, I am pleased to support H.R. 371, the “Health Care Choice Act of 2011.” I urge all Congressmen who think families (not government) should be in charge of health insurance buying decisions to co-sponsor this bill.
H.R. 371 would first repeal Title 1 of Obamacare, which removes such nightmare policies as the individual mandate, the employer mandate, the insurance exchanges, and other damaging insurance market shifts toward big government. It’s essential to remove the harm of Obamacare from insurance markets before repairing those markets with real consumer choices.
